Regional Director of Sales

"Sandler is a great company to work for, for many reasons. One almost every position is remote, leadership is always engaged with every employee, executive and partners. The company is always innovating to be ahead of the competition and in front of new emerging technologies. We focus on Infrastructure and emerging technology, with no sales restricting regarding territories or limited into one solution. Since we are not territory base we do run into multiple consultants and reps running into the same accounts which kind of hinders the sales experience for the end-users. Also creates a very competitive landscape inside the business due to everyone is looking to sign every and all deals because "ink wins" methodologies. The reasons why I'm looking for a change is because infrastructure (Voice and internet) is no more a commodity/utility instead of an absoulte need or innovation to boost companies ROI and business KPI strategies."
