What do you like about working at San-Mar Laboratories?
"The ability to work with little supervision, setting my weekly work goals, and working with others to get product from development to store shelves. My co-workers knew how to work hard and still have a great attitude. My direct supervisor was not a Boss and treated her direct reports fairly always offering support and encouraging team building. Each day brought new challenges, some crazy situations to overcome and satisfaction in getting the product out the door."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I don't believe the company will be interviewing. Production has been greatly reduced and lay offs are looming."

"Changes in management have affected moral, and there does not seem to be the goals for the the future of the company."

"Work on team building. A company should work as a team from the top down."
