"Unless you know someone that can get you a job in the district or have all the training they want, don't expect much."
What don't you like about working at San Juan Unified School District?
"They don't give me a set schedule. I've tried to become a full time permanent employee for over a year and I keep getting rejected. They won't give me the additional training which would benefit me in working at more schools. But lack of training is the main key to getting more and better work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Offer more training and hours and an improved schedule that one can rely on."
