"The management micro managed every move you made, things like you have to take lunch at exactly 11 am even if you were right in the middle of a job, at the same time would call you in the middle of lunch to have you do a favor for them, I guess I just don't understand things like that."

"Treat people like you would want to be treated, recognize the workers who go above and beyond and make sure you let them know that you appreciate it, all any employee wants is to be recognized for hard work."
