"This company is good for someone that can't any other job."

What do you like about working at Samaritan Village?

"Vacation time. Three weeks in the first year."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure that your position duties are set in your interview and after you enter as well your salary.Choose this company if you don't find anything else. Don't create expectation to grow as a professional. All new employees don't last long, they find a better job after one or two years. Employees working there for more than 5 years want to leave, this is not a good sign. Get ready for a lot of manual financial information."

What don't you like about working at Samaritan Village?

"Unorganized company which balance sheets have to be adjusted to proof. There is not position to grow.Managers are difficult to handle.Everything is done manually, this company is working back in 19th century, where all is manually.Health insurance and retirement plan are very bad. This company is good for retired people who wish to work manually."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Manual Information create a lot of financial lost and dealing with Government funds, You shouldn't play with that. Get a software to handle finance, you can't keep everything in your mind, you need finance records.Change the attitude to employees, while they smile in from of you they are not sincere, and people notice it.No incentives for employees, not just money also personal recognition as a value employee.Salary is very low compared with the market."
