Some people can stand around and talk for an HOUR at a time, be on their cell phone and computer half the day, and when their work doesn't get done in a timely manner it's taken off of them with ZERO consequence and added on to somebody that already gives 100 % EVERY DAY.Then you're told we don't care if you have to come in at 4 am and stay till whenever to get it done..."
