What don't you like about working at Sallie Mae?

"During my time here, I have yet to see anyone be nice to one another. Everyone talks badly about everyone else behind their backs and the team leads are the most pathetic excuse for leadership I have ever seen. Getting in good with one of them can have great impacts on your future, so make sure you raise your hand at every chance. The place preaches about some lame philosophy called FISH, but it's nothing more than a facade. Expect to have no life here as there is no work-life balance. Everyone here lacks depth--stay away from this place if you can. Expect to waste your time doing things on systems which are ran by gerbils."
