"Management is out of touch with employees and processes within the hospital. Not proactive and waits for problems to occur before implementing any changes. Recently bought up all the clinics within town and have drove down nurses rate of pay. Tells nurses no room for raises yet donates millions to downtown basketball courts. Politics within the hospital are very frustrating with a lot of red tape, making it a very hard facility to advocate for your patients."
