"Yes, he or she should be prepared for frequent sales and promotions which some sales people did not like for credibility reason. It did not bother me at all.It is a good company overall, there is no perfect company."

"Did not have a professional HRM, it did not exist at all. Double standards from some management team, inconsistency and policy abusing.Sometimes unfairness practices and decisions by some managers.Lack of E-commerce"

"To be more corporate cultured, enjoy higher of Emmotional Intelligence To be fair and consistant with their business decision making. To be more E-commerce oriented"
