"I absolutely loved working at Trinet. I was good at what I did. However due to the Recession I was layed off."
What do you like about working at TriNet?
"I absolutely loved working with the sales reps and my co-workers in Parsippany and in our San Leandro, CA location. I traveled frequently to CA for team meetings and round table group meetings to improve the proceeses. I also was the Salesforece.com Administrator"

"That I was layed off."

"Management was great. Very open and honest with all their employees."

"Can't say enough good stuff about Minitab. If you have to work, you can't get better."

"Minitab is innovative, flexible, with a rather flat administrative style, vs the old standard pyramid style leadership."

"Be confident, be flexible and friendly. Its a very casual atmosphere, but they are very professional."
What don't you like about working at Minitab?
"The only thing I disliked was a reorg that caused my job description to change in directions I wasn't interested in."

"I enjoyed working with management. I felt comfortable talking with anyone I felt the need to get results. I would suggest staying open to your employees, and maintaining the flat leadership style."

"I have enjoyed working with my co-workers. I was able to learn new tasks on the job quickly with no prior experience, and was able to perform sucessfully."

"None. The company does not exist in Charlotte, NC anymore. But, for a company like this, attend the job fair. They hired me instantly after being successfully interviewed."

"None. The company is no longer there when I lost my job."
