What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"The people you work with, you can't trust anyone. The day I was hired this girl that I didn't even know said to me "DON'T TRUST ANYONE, I MEAN ANYONE". So I never did... until one of my bosses didn't like the fact that I wouldn't kiss her butt. So she got rid of me. The stress and the anxiety isn't worth it!!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should be experienced in every aspect of the company. When an employee goes to her/his manager and asks a question they shouldn't say I don't know. They should say let's find out together. And that's what happened to me on a daily basis with my manager. She didn't know what she was doing most of the time and yet she was getting paid more than me. She asked me how to do things and I just think that is very unprofessional for the company to hire someone with no knowledge of the product. They should promote within and not from the outside. My manager had two people under her who worked a total of 15 years combined and she got the job. Bad business."
