"Have a plan. Get in and get out. This is a good job for someone in transition because of the flexability. Great for students."

What don't you like about working at Gannett Co.?

"The good things are what make it a bad work envirorment. Reps have too much freedom and no discipline and no action. No real responsibility. Management is not on the same page. Its like playing your parents against each other but at work. Nobody seems to care and the bug has officially bitten me and I dont like that. My job performance sucks to me and I havent had a word said to me about it. Its not challanging enough."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make things more organized and follow office protical. Keep office moral up with compensation vs. minor day games with minor gift cards and wasted decorations and meals. Pay more and expect more while keeping a positive fun atmosphere."
