What do you like about working at Rita's Water Ice?
"The freedom of wearing what you wanted, working with ice cream and water ice and interacting with people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Great summer job, the perks are great just don't eat too much ice cream."
What don't you like about working at Rita's Water Ice?
"The people who I worked with, we were all kids but some of us knew it was not just a place to hang out. The promotional guidelines how they changed every year. As well as the corporation wanting to know how much we made in tips even though they were often late with our checks."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Change the style of your management, bring your standards of your stores up and change the franchise and promotional rules."
What do you like about working at Shinsegae?
"Working with others as team. Learn new skills as I go on."

"Make sure to be polite at all time. Must have the confidence."
What don't you like about working at Shinsegae?
"When conflicts come from others, I guess it will take some work to find a solution."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide better benefits for seasonal/temporary employers would be better for them to work."

"I like the idea that you can really grow with the company, and people are always willing to help you grow."

"Honestly, be yourself and have a personality, because fitting in with this company's culture (whch is a big reason why I like it here) is a big deal."
What don't you like about working at Nordstrom?
"When trying to work your way up (or down) from the floor, you can get the feeling that there's some politics. And, you better know someone in the corporate area, because it's a challenge to get off the floor."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I love my manager. If you tell her what your goals are and where you want to go, she'll help you out as much as she can. I feel like most managers are the same here, but I have heard of a few managers that can really drop the ball."
