"There's a high turnover in this company because of unrealistic sales goals. It's understandable to set sale goals that would motivate employees to perform at their best. However, if the sale goals set are unrealistically high, it can be really frustrating and you got nothing else to do but quit. There's no leadership team that would help or support you on how to achieve your sales goals because even them could not imagine the possibility of reaching those ridiculous sales goals."
