What do you like about working at Interplace?
"I was able to help some people find employment and guide them to the next phase of their lives."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are comfortable with working in a small japanese company, this is a mediocre company."
What don't you like about working at Interplace?
"The politics inside the small company was not ideal and like other japanese companies not much room to grow."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Conduct drug test for all workers and training to comply with the american standards."
What do you like about working at ProQuest?
"We made things work. People worked together to resolve issues and I liked to participate."

"They like smart competent people. My division was more liberal then the home office in Michigan but they all seemed like really good people there too."
What don't you like about working at ProQuest?
"I could have used more training to grow into a better position once my job was eliminated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I am not a show runner. I like the way things worked there. Local control seemed to be the norm even thought the big bosses lived else where."

"I enjoyed the fast pace and always keeping busy. My co workers are wonderful."

"To ask about the companies plans for the future if there are any opportunities for advancement ."

"The company was laying off employees for over a year. I did not like seeing people leave or worrying about their jobs."

"I would like to see the management stick to their budget so they would be able to keep more of their staff members."

"Extremely well organized with many opportunities to get training in desired and needed ares."
