"Honestly, they hire anyone that does not have a criminal background."

What don't you like about working at Sutherland Global Services?

"It is the next generation of factory line workers. There is no job security, and they changed the commission plans ever month. No one was actually rewarded for doing their jobs well since they changed what doing a good job was constantly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire trainers that understand the subject they are teaching. Also, trainers need to be able to control a classroom."
