"Professional company to work for. Good reputation, Most co- workers and staff were cohesive and worked well together. Intranet was kept updated and easy to follow. Benefits were good."

What don't you like about working at Hawaiian Airlines?

"My job description was initially based in San Diego, with LAX and other SOCAL cities as assigned. I ended up having to have an office in LAX, and more time was to be spent traveling in the LAX territory than San DIego. The SOCAL traffic is horrendous."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was non-responsive to various suggestions for improvement in sales territory and sales needs. Management did not deal well with constructive criticism's in reference to existing policies or procedures or questions."

"Was just called ExecuTrain, which was a franchise owned operation that ran out of funding."

What do you like about working at ExecuTrain?

"Was promoted 4 times. Had a great working relationship with the leaders. At the time of computer training, was a great place to work with great people."

"Find out how long they have been in operation and financial status."

What don't you like about working at ExecuTrain?

"They did not keep up with technology training and get into more networking and senior computer training classes, which eventually wasn't much of a need for computer training."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not sure how many of the franchises are still around, to keep a corporate company and not sell to franchise owners. Many went out of business."

"I was able to frequenlty meet with and advise Designers and corporate marketing on what was going to sell in certain markets according to geograohic and economic areas as well as competition. I lived in Norway for 3 months to learn company culture and pass it on to sales managers etc."

"Research company, ask alot of questions and how long it would take to reasonably move up in the company ( and/or relocate)"

What don't you like about working at H&M?

"Too many bosses ruined the stores."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be fair to alll employees. Keep Managers at bay and establish strategic boundaries and guidlines to ensure success of all store managers and employees alike. Dont fire - just retrain and invest in all employees ( except those who steal)"
