"What I love is this company's:- Self-motivating compensation based on commission-based advertisment/ sales/ install. - Motivator re-trained using latest installation techniques, to reduce installation time by 50%, than outdated methods used in 80's during 1st career.What I dislike is:- expanding premier services for all branch/remote locations through advertising, door-to-door sales & installation, is seasonal and commissioned-based, compensation is fluctuates."
