"Inefficient communication from top to bottom, leaving employees uncertain and afraid of their future with the company."

"To cascade information freely from top to bottom to eliminate gossip and hearsay, to have managers more involved in everyday processes within their group, and to encourage a proactive environment where employees can feel part of the decision-making process."
