What do you like about working at Saint Agnes Hospital?

"I liked the way the hospital cared about the community first and the finances 2nd. As a nonprofit hospital serving an area where many of our patients were either homeless or unemployed we opened our doors to a very needy community."

What don't you like about working at Saint Agnes Hospital?

"The facility was older and in need of improvement to keep up with the larger newer healthcare facilities in the Metropolitan area and as a nonprofit hospital they often did not have the most advanced equipment or adequate room for patient care."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take some funds and time to expand or at least update the facility and equipment so that the best service is provided to the community."
