"The company demonstrates questionable ethics regularly along with poor demeaning leadership strategies that shame community leaders on a group conference call for low performance and other metrics in the community. They charge excessive resident ancillary fees compared competitors. During my time there I also witnessed serious neglect to the physical plant."
"I worked for Sagora for 2 years. In some ways they do try but you will be fired if you make any mistakes. They will not try to correct or even discuss your behavior. You will have to clean up your stuff in a few minutes and you are out. It is devastating to families who do not earn the huge amounts that the corporate owners and COO do. You will be worried about how to feed your family. I would never recommend this place to anyone to work at."
