"If you like micromanagement or want to slack off, try it out at SageNet, because hard workers find it tedious to clean up after the messes of people like you and will want to move on quickly."

"The boss lets things go that shouldn't be let go and micromanages things that shouldn't be micromanaged. He's completely clueless about what's going on on a daily basis until it's too late to fix it or do it right."

"Invest in employee training and career development. Listen to employee ideas and be open-minded about change. I'd open up the floodgates of communication about projects and careers."
