"If they like working in an atmosphere where most of their colleagues speak french, they will enjoy working at Safran."

"It takes an hour to get to work.I prefer to work closer to home.."

"I do not have any suggestions. The company is French own and they over analyze."

"Ask lots of questions and make sure you have a clear job description before accepting the position."

What don't you like about working at Safran?

"Safran is very unorganized and internal issues. Five good years of clean work at best would be needed to get them in line with other in the market. Current tools that are being used are outdated and they would have to invest in them to catch up to current techiclogical effeciencies."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Safran is a french owned company. My only suggestions are that they learn american rules and regulations as this would eliminate a lot of inprofficiancies within their company."
