"Unfortunately there is nothing good that I can say about this company."

"If you have any other options take it. This company has no sense of right and wrong."
What don't you like about working at Paramount Farms?
"They lured me away from a good job that allowed me to provide for my family, and after 8 days of work they fired me for deviation from the position's plan. Please ask yourself something, how much deviation can be accomplished in 8 days I believe I was hired to be fired, to teach someone a lesson, to show this individual who has the control, and I was a casualty of this companies bs heartless practices."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Grow a heart and if you are hiring someone to do a job, let them do it!"

"It is the worst place I have ever worked, but I needed to support my family and there are no other job opportunities available."

"Replace everyone and start fresh, the company went under because of the management"

"Get everything they promise you in writing as they are adept at not following through by claiming the job situation has changed."

"No real education opportunity and very limited opportunity for advancement."

"I would recommend that management set up a safety budget and take control of the safety personnel and budget out of the hands of the job superintendant."

"Management from top to bottom was very involved with and dedicated to safety."

"Be honest and trustworthy and don't be afraid to bring ideas to improve safety to the table."

"There was really nothing much not to like about working here, but if I had to choose something it would be the fact I worked nights during wintertime in Chicago Ill."

"Transportation to and from the office to the job site could be more convenient."

"The company only does scaffolding,painting, insulation, sand blasting which are lower paid crafts, and they are only a contracting company."

"none, they were great to me and I would not change anything."
