"Safe Haven is a private therapeutic day school helping kids with emotional disabilities in a general education curriculum. Services and amenities include on site social workers, music therapy, organic garden, art therapy, field trips, supportive attendance, academic 1:1 support, and extra curricular activities. Safe Haven serves grades 5-12, and provides meals for students at risk. Teachers, social workers, administrators, and therapists work closely together meeting once a week to discuss the needs for their student body. Safe Haven creates a family type atmosphere with only 27 total employees, and roughly 45 students. A very good school fulfilling a very important need."
