What do you like about working at Sader Power?

"Ability to work at home, recurring and new projects everyday, not boring"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get ready to work long nights and weekends since the executives do not give assignments until you are ready to leave office, they will even call you on vacation to assist them. You will have hard time requesting any vacation time off. You may as well be on call 24/7. Any report submitted no one reads until months later and then report requirements will be changed. Alot of gossip and office politics. There will be favorites at work that willg et away with anything against company policy while others will be written up/disciplined."

What don't you like about working at Sader Power?

"Executives hid vital information to do job effectively, executives mismanaged funds and expected others not to notice and not to report, executives demanded reports to be completed within one night or two days after knowing of report due two weeks prior, poor time management and explanation of reports needed, constant change of reports because of lack of experience in executives."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop the time management skills for all employees, lead by example, simplify procedures or processes, not hide important information from employees until last minute in order to complete a project, develop transparency within company, have knowledgeable leaders/managers and not allow those without experience to manage others, not allow secretaries or office assistants to throw tantrums and issue threats along with dictating what hours managers should be in office to satisfy their having to be in office - managers can work offsite"
