"A lot of fun projects to work on and they did not shy away from installing new technology."

"It is an education environment and like government, they do things much slower and involve way too many people in a given project."

What don't you like about working at Saddleback College?

"The pay was very low for Orange County. Sometimes the faculty and staff would be at odds."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, they really do count on the people they hire to know their job and they take their suggestions to heart."

"Be ready for an exciting challenge. Make sure your skills are up to date. There is no better way to really learn something than to have to teach it to others."

"Nothing. It was a joy to teach here."

"Continue to update your hardware and software technology. This gives the students the opportunity to learn on state-of-the-art solutions like the ones they will see in the industry."
