"I have worked in the Saco Schools department for over a year now and I can say that the pandemic has really shown the true character of the school department. They care more about the public eye on themselves rather than on the health and safety of their students and staff. It is a very toxic environment and the pay does not add up to other school departments. The school board wants to get rid of all ed techs, which is a major disaster waiting to happen. If you are hired as one thing be prepared to be removed and brought into a job position of anything they may want for you."
