"I worked for Sack Properties for 6+ years. Pros: You will NEVER be bored and you will get a decent salary. Owner is great; cares for her staff, highly professional, smart. However I believe she is pretty clueless about what her managers face under the Portfolio Manager, who also doubles as HR Rep. Company has lost a lot of great managers due to issues not handled properly. As this company is growing, the need for an unbiased HR Rep is imperative."
