"Be smart, be honest, be prepared. Its a great in depth interview process, not just an hour in a room with a manager."

What don't you like about working at Sabrix?

"Management changed for the worse, the appearance of favoritism taking precedence over seniority and experience. Example: One VP came on board who then hired a manager from a previous company who then hired a subordinate from a previous company ... and when downsizing occurred less than three months later, several employees with more experience, depth, knowledge, and seniority were let go while the newbies remained."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Short term cost savings at the expense of long term depth, experience, and loyalty will be the downfall of Sabrix."
