"I've worked for Airline Solutions 4 years as Manager of Engineers both in Dallas and Krakow. I've managed 4 products/development teams at the same time. The company really struggles to deliver software fast and with quality. The tools and the leadership mindset are archaic. Extremely heavy process oriented company, leaving zero room for innovation. Great company to get retired while you warm up your chair."
