"The inability to address performance with non performers that have personal relationships with your manager. Inability to be a consistent manager and keep the needle moving"

"Poor performance has to be managed and personal relationship cannot be a deterant to success. Respect is a two way street and demeaning and demoralizing reports does not foster great working relationships."
