"Too much red tape. Career advancement was extremely slow unless you were willing to re-locate to New York. Procedures were not flexible enough to accommodate the fast pace of the advertising world."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow more flexibility at the agency level when it comes to hardware and software."
