"New management has no clue about the industry they are in and are replacing long term employees with more people who know nothing about the industry. New CEO is a blow hard with no real mgmt talent. Mgrs. under CEO are clueless and just trying to hold on to their jobs, in other words, everyone at Ryko is just treading water and this company is going nowhere except on paper"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Value, empower, and bring back long term employees. Train,upper and low level management to really be managers and to communicate better with field personel. I dont feel Ryko will be in business in 3 years."

"good pay, experience with PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, installation, independant"

"travel 90%, no reviews, working in other techs area because of lack of training"

"family is an important factor, better training, give reviews so employee can see what needs to be addressed"
