"The culture, manager is hard to trust, hard to communicate."

"Build working friendly environment. The manager skill need to improve to have the employees feel worthy to working hard on all projects."

"I loved this company. All the people are great including management/ownership. They all care deeply for the employees. Strong work/life balance."

"It's a long process. You'll be subjected to work-place psychologists, drug testing, interviews... but it's well worth it."

"They expect you to perform your job well... and that is not a negative."

"Expand your core clients. Putting all eggs in one basket is troublesome."
