"The service manager had 18 years experience as a flat rate technician. He supported his technicians totally."

"Not really. Its a great company to work for. Just be sure you can function as a flat rate technician if thats what you are applying for."
What don't you like about working at Giant Recreation World?
"Flat rate pay system. It is too difficult to make a living with the amount of warranty work you have to perform. The repair times have been drastically reduced due to the economy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your employees when they have concerns that make sense and will benefit the company"
