"The faculty and staff at Rock Springs Middle School are absolutely incredible because of their positive attitudes and desire to see their students succeed. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and received all the mentoring I needed. The only thing I wish would have been different is how little pay there was, but that was the county's responsibility."

"Teaching was a passion for years, however, the field is not what it use to be. The lack of parental and administrative support is strongly visible. There are many opportunities for professional development, but at times, it seems to be the only focus of the district. Discipline, parental involvement, and teacher input should be a contributing factor in the profession, however, all three are severely lacking."
