The overall mission and drive at the corporate level is positive and energetic, with a few mixed feelings on the shift in compensation plans and the sharing of the company recruiting tools for use: I was the sole employee in an office of 6 recruiters to not get a laptop, office key or LinkedIn Recruiter account (a crucial tool for technology recruiters). My manager is a proven industry winner and has the mentality of a coach, sharing knowledge, leads, tips, and new tactics as they came. The team itself worked together well and has the feel of a group of trusted friends, rather than competitors, as is the case in many staffing firms."
