"I've worked for Russell Sigler for over a year. Employees and managers are easy to work with but will not provide training. Everything you do must be picked up as you go and if mistakes are made, you must take full responsibility even if it is something you were not properly trained in but still expected to do. Compensation not competitive either and raises are not to be expected."
