"Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) is an ambitious non-profit that aims to help every rural American improve their quality of life. RCAP's ambitions have proven to be successful, but at times can be challenging for the current staff to keep up with. With the lack of resources that come with being a non-profit, it has proven to be difficult to fairly compensate employees that are working hard to keep up with RCAP's ambition. RCAP does offer great benefits and understanding to their employees, but as responsibilities increase these benefits are very difficult to use. There are no clear directions of promotion and growth is difficult without the tools and training to enable success. RCAP only has the best of intentions for their communities and their employees, but the execution is what lacks. The potential is very high if RCAP can keep up with itself."
