"I was employed over 11 years. Was terminated without an opportunity to express my actions. My action was determined even after talking out the situation with HR. This company hit its peak about 3 years ago. Not many growth opportunities and entry level jobs are demanding and stressful. The CEO micromanaged and employees are not given much freedom to help the company grow. It’s either the way of the CEO or no way at all. The building has more employees than it can handle. Long waits for bathrooms and terrible parking."
