"Overall, I have a pretty poor experience at my job, mainly due to my immediate supervisor. She takes micro-managing to another level. I feel so restricted during my work hours because I feel like she is constantly watching me. I was reprimanded for the smallest things. The company itself is very good. They have an organized system for everything, and they pride themselves in the quality work they produce. I think your experience as an employee is really affected by your supervisor and your coworkers."

"The interview is easy, just point out how much of a people-person you are."

"The job is just stagnant, even if it's a part time thing, my four hours feel longer than other 8 hour jobs I've had."

"I would update the calling systems and also put an emphasis on non-telephone fundraising."
