"I have worked for Rubrik since early 2019, to help them with the overall IPO. I constructed and lead a 3-year plan to achieve YOY growth by 50% in Canada. These were the principals of which I was hired. However, when I joined the company the CEO reconstructed the entire management team and my new boss (not knowing Canada at all) raised my quota 780% for the first year. I have already sold 172% from last year’s actuals with one month to go in our FY. The new expectations are unrealistic and my compensation will be affected with this huge quota."
