4.2Rubrik is one of the fastest-growing start-ups out of Silicon Valley. My time at Rubrik is an incredible learning experience that has provided me with the skills needed to progress in my professional sales career. My managers account executives, directors, and peers are the best people that I can imagine to launch my professional career. My peers and I continue to grow and improve every day and better our sales development skills through prospecting, calling, emailing, social network outreach, and proper organizational management to drive pipeline and revenue for Rubrik.
4I have worked for Rubrik since early 2019, to help them with the overall IPO. I constructed and lead a 3-year plan to achieve YOY growth by 50% in Canada. These were the principals of which I was hired. However, when I joined the company the CEO reconstructed the entire management team and my new boss (not knowing Canada at all) raised my quota 780% for the first year. I have already sold 172% from last year’s actuals with one month to go in our FY. The new expectations are unrealistic and my compensation will be affected with this huge quota.
