"I worked for the company for less than 1 year. Little to no training and difficult to get answers from higher ups."

"The epitome of process crazy buzzword bingo. Button down, old style."

What do you like about working at RTN?

"The paycheck is good. The technical aspects are fun one-third of the time. Be prepared to suffer if you are selected as a target by a boss and the supporting mob. Your coworkers will form that lynch mob of yes men."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask them what their turnover rate is. What the work environment is like (early 80s). Do the top engineers tend to move into management, or leave the company"

What don't you like about working at RTN?

"The company will provide lavish accommodations and benefits for a select few suits (overrated car salesmen). Their method of operation is to work you into the ground and get you to quit if you wont sacrifice every bit of energy to support their lavish work style. Engineers will get irrelevant or poor quality training, the cheapest tools (free whenever possible), and loud, early industrial style workspace. Dont get sick, and dont get old. If your do either, be prepared to leave."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look to yourselves management. You are the reason contracts are overrunning. Your bids are delusional and you treat employees like cheap paper towels, use them up and get rid of them."
