"RSM Design was a small studio that specialized in Environmental Graphic Design, designing signage and wayfinding for varying clients and projects, but mostly in retail and entertainment. I was hired as a Senior Graphic Designer. The expectations of the Principles and my experience level were not aligned and the position did not work out. Still, it was a wonderful place to work, with a group of very talented architects and designers. I added to my experience of managing middle to large scale projects."
