What do you like about working at RSB Funds?

"Certain degree of freedom and flexibility. No typical corporate meetings. Work downtown. Pays well."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you're looking for a fun, inspiring atmosphere, this place is not it."

What don't you like about working at RSB Funds?

"Mainly it's the work that's not fulfilling. It's a small company where I am the one female among 3 males, and one works in another state. So it's boring and lonely, I don't have 'work' friends. I also don't always agree with the style of the executives, I would prefer more transparency to our customers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would talk with my employees regularly to make sure they were happy. I believe that happy employees want to do better for you if you show them they are value and you care about their well being."

What do you like about working at RSB Funds?

"Certain amount of freedom. No typical corporate meetings. Pays well."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I'd rather not say. It's a challenging business to make money unless you're salaried vs commission."

What don't you like about working at RSB Funds?

"My style is different than the others. I'm one woman among 3 men, one of which is my boss in another state. They're thinking is linear. I am not like minded with them. It's not as transparent as I would prefer. It's also boring and lonely, I don't have friends here. My work is not aligned with who I really am, so it's not fulfilling. The energy here is weird, we rarely talk to each other unless it's work related."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have positive interactions with all my employees. Make sure we're talking regularly, checking in. I believe happy employees want to work better for a boss who they like and respect, one who cares about them."
