"Small company so environment is very casual, but because of this there are many issues with inter-department cooperation. Also issues with staff being late or absent on a regular basis."
"The company severely lacks the vision in rewarding their core strength - the employees. RS Software has been consistently making great profits year after year for the past 3 years. But the company management thinks of giving poor increment to its employees. It has been giving out bonus to shareholders and focused on increasing the stock price, instead. Not sure if the company is up for sale! Who knows. In my team, everyone has been stretching and working 12 hours/day or more for a stretch of 4 months. When my team was marked for 100% or more for variable pay during the appraisal cycle, the company management decided to bring down the average to 70% of variable pay! I am at loss of words. The company is good for starting one's career. It gives good opportunity to grow during the early stages of career. Another good thing is if you are lucky to get into some good projects, you would get good opportunities to go to client location and gather the experience of work directly with client onsite."
