"Be ready for a hard and tuimulous tour. Although difficult, the reward is knowing you helped a young man or woman that needed it,"

What don't you like about working at RS San Diego?

"This position was recruiting duty and was very tough. It takes a toll on you and your family working 6 days a week and 13-15 hour days for 3 yrs. You have to be mentally tough to succeed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Conduct better traininng seminars. Patience is a virtue, practice the patience you preach."
