"I have only worked for R & R Excavating for 9 months, and based the above results on other companies I have worked for. There were employees that were very easy to work with and others that constantly worked in fear every day of losing their job or getting chewed out. Most of the personnel were productive and good at their crafts. The issue was the amount of guessing needed of what the owner desired. If they guessed wrong, it was not enjoyable. One big positive trait: the work got done."
